Digital Bid Package ($99)
Bid Project (SE) is our simple digital bid package for single and incremental electronic construction bid submissions with structured pricing™. Users enter their own scope of work, scope of work options, ten line items and up to seven users with five contractor bid submissions. Bid Project (LT) supports an administrator and three contractor bid submissions. Additional bid projects can be purchased on-demand through the shop as necessary.

Buyer ($249)
Construction Buyer Memberships are Project Administrators within any Electronic Construction Bid Submission Platform or API. They have complete control over assets and bid project setup, project members, scheduling and deadlines for contractor price quotes.

Contractor ($99/yr)
Contractor Memberships are annual subscriptions with enhance features not available to temporary “Bidder” accounts. Contractors can track and analyze the history of price quotes with integrated support for contractor bid submissions, supplier and third party software APIs.

Design ($299/yr)
Designer Memberships are the equivalent combination of a construction buyer and service provider. Like other service providers they provide price quotes defined by third parties. These prices are generally obtained in performing buyer side related tasks or use cases.
Professional ($199/yr)
Professional Memberships are high level service provider who may perform task related to construction buyers, designers and in the capacity of Consulting services. Memberships may perform a combination of roles throughout the life cycle of the bid project.
Ownership ($349)
Membership programs for Owner/Investors who engage third part service providers for asset and property management. Ownership members manage and monitor contractor bids, project administration and results while delegating project execution to service providers.
Consultants ($149+Bids)
Generals, Contractors, Consultants and engineers with annual subscriptions integrate enhanced bid project features. Members can consolidate multiple bid project submissions under an umbrella project with various feature unique to their related professions.
Non-Paying Memberships
Non-Paying Memberships are free temporary accounts. Project administrators may used special invitation codes to invite non-paying members to participate as Contractors submitting bids or Consultants, Assistants, Designers and Engineers providing assistance with project setup, scope of work design, contractor quote analysis and budgeting options. Non-Paying Memberships do not cover the cost of outside professionals.
Enhancements
eScope™ ($99-$2,499)
eScope™ are trade and task specific automated Scope of Work Design Tools that provide structured pricing for a broad range of configurations. SOW Design Tools are purchased separately and priced according to the complexity of the construction project.
Bid Projects ($99)
Bid Projects are assigned to individual Assets / Property which are usually associated with multiple construction projects. RFQGuides supports an unlimited number of request for price quotes once a property has been added. Additional bid projects can be purchased through the shop as required.
