eScope™ Roofing
We build the pricing model for bid submission
Three Ways to Use eScope AI™ for Roofing
Manual Automation
Property, building and roof info combined with selection of a preferred material and manufacturer generates a default system configuration based on standard warranty terms.
Miscellaneous hardware, alterations and upgrades are priced separately by selecting items under systems and equipment or entering additional line items and addendums.
BIM Technology
Property, building and roof details from the collection of BIM objects automates system configuration, identifies miscellaneous hardware, items and upgrades to be priced separately as additional line items and addendums.
Material type(s) and manufacturer recommendations may be altered by user selection to generate a default system configuration and SOW based on standard warranty terms.
CaPSCi Identity
Property, building, systems and components, hardware, previous alterations and upgrades are autonomously imported as required for the type of construction project.
Users are presented with system parameters and configuration details for editing, adoption and approval. The latter generates a scope of work and line items to be priced and invites contractors to bid.
* Contractors authenticated by digital identity are provided access to project specific BIM data necessary to autonomously calculate time, manpower and cost in preparing price bids.
eScope™ Defaults
Residential Roof System Specifications default to 30 and 40 year warranty terms as a more realistic serviceable life expectation and follow recommendations of local regulatory agencies. Residential roof substrates with low slope designs include pricing models with 20 and 30 year warranty terms.
Users may adjust system defaults within the limitations of UL Approved warranty terms
