While its construction bid platform offers free user accounts for project consultants, it doesn’t include the fees of local consultants who may participate in configuring an eScope™ Tool or reviewing the final scope of work and contractor bids. RFQGuides estimates consultants fees may start at $1,500 with the combined rates amounting to a fraction of current cost for comparable services.
Approved project members follow simple steps to configure the base scope of work recommendation which also include related line items associated with specific trades and project types, Both the scope and line item options may be refined by editing the results. Basic bid packages support a single base SOW, sow options and ten line item options.
